From humble beginnings, Anthony and Maria Wright’s vision was simple. They wanted the ability to offer their clients well-rounded, thorough, and complete retirement plans.
Started in a small bedroom in their home, Anthony and Maria could not feel more blessed to see their dream become a reality. Anthony and Maria maintain the standard that people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care about them and their personal situation.
Anthony Wright is the president and CEO of RSG. Born and raised in Tennessee, his dedication to faith, family and meaningful work are the result of his tight-knit family upbringing. Anthony attended Motlow Community College and earned a ministerial degree from Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. After graduation, Anthony built several highly successful businesses. In 2002, after spending several years assisting friends and family with their financial needs, he decided to take the next step and founded RSG.
As a published author, notable speaker and insurance agent, Anthony is committed to developing longterm relationships with all his clients and helping them protect their retirement for the future. He is life insurance licensed in Tennessee and Arizona. Anthony and his wife, Maria, have four children and three grandchildren. They reside in their hometown of Sparta, Tennessee.
Maria Wright is co-founder of RSG along with her husband, Anthony Wright. Prior to starting RSG, she worked in the regional office of Farm Bureau Financial Services in Gilbert, Arizona, in the Property & Casualty Department.
With over 15 years’ experience in the administrative and financial services industry, her strong work ethic and dedication to her husband and family have strongly contributed to the growth of RSG.
She and her husband live in Sparta, Tennessee, with their youngest son, Kody. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, hiking, traveling and working on their 18 acres. Maria is a licensed insurance agent and is currently pursuing her 65 Licensing.
